Local Delivery & Shipping
- Nationwide shipping and local delivery available.
- Donations are simple and we accept cash, Zelle and CashApp.
- Our menu is limited to ease your selection process. Simplifying it by providing just the right number of options .

Ordering & Delivery
- EASY ORDERING 24/7 - Requests can be placed 24/7 with a live agent, or online. We can delivery to you directly or ship to your location.
- 1 HR DELIVERY : Oakland SF, Hayward, Walnut Creek, Concord, San Leandro OR choose your time and method of delivery. We are always just a text away.
- $10 Delivery to Oakland - Delivery fees for outside of Oakland range from $15 +
- $50 minimum required for East Bay delivery. $75 minimum for SF and Daly City.
- Weekday Delivery from 9am-1pm and 6pm-10pm
- Weekend Delivery from 10am -10pm
Refunds & Exchanges
- We do not give refunds or exchanges however we do offer credit towards future requests.
- Credit may be used for future requests, but if used for a local delivery, the minimum must be met for the corresponding location.
SHIPPING
- DISCREET- All of our requests are shipped discretely with plain packaging on the outside. Branding will not appear on the outside of the shipping box or the package inside.
- TRACKING NUMBER -All items are shipped out of The Bay Area. Once your request is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via WhatsApp.
- SAME DAY SHIPPING - If you place your request before 1:00pm Pacific time during business days, we’ll ship it out to you the same day. Requests placed during the weekend or holidays will go out the following business day.
- NEXT DAY DELIVERY - Ask us about overnight shipping. It can be pricey, but can help in a pinch.
- HELP US HELP YOU - We take pride in making sure your request is correct and shipped securely. A physical address is required for all shipments, as we’re not able to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please notify us immediately if you find an error with your shipment. Please make sure that we receive the correct address. If your package is sent back to us as undeliverable, we will require a fee for the next shipping attempt if the customer is at fault.
